Components, patterns and the quiet governance that keeps a product coherent as it grows.
First, we talk to users and stakeholders, ask questions, and watch them in their environments – finding needs, opportunities, and pain points.
Now we turn noise into signal and define the problem, communicating findings with our audience and get agreement and buy-in.
Here we ideate, research, and work through ideas to define the solution, communicating as we go.
We assess the solution through testing and refinement, on repeat. The enemy of ‘done’ is ‘perfection’, so we iterate until good-enough.
